I placed my rub on transfer as shown here,I used pinking shears to cut around the monogram, and placed it on the center. (no need for perfection), a photo by donnabezares on Flickr.

This is one of the projects . And it is very simple, First I cut along all 4 sides of the sheet, with pinking shears. Decide what Image or Motif you would like to use for your candle, I chose a black rub on transfer for one and a Bird's nest and Cherub for the other 2 candles.
